I was just reading about the serial sniper in Virginia and i remembered overhearing someone talking to a coworker of mine about it while i was in the back room yesterday. I overheard something about handing out bulletproof vests at gas stations while people pump their gas. Now that would (or is, if it is really happening) be extremely ridiculous due to the fact that many of the shots taken have been headshots. This guy is a professional. Unless these people are wearing full kevlar body suits, there's not going to be much stopping this guy from killing them. And what's the chance that you're going to get hit anyway? like one in some large thousand... eh, whatever. just live your life, and if it's your time to go, the Lord will reach down and pluck you up. No use fretting and worrying about some lunatic roaming the streets in a white van with a high powered rifle waiting to pick off YOU specifically. I mean, do you realize how many lunatics are roaming the streets anyway?
